Cimline announces the launch of their latest redesigned product, the Next Gen ME3 mastic melter. Cimline is committed to creating products that extend pavement life in a safer, more productive, and in a less intrusive way.
The Next Gen ME3 is an additional choice in traditional mastic applicators that use prepackaged mastic in their pavement maintenance process.The ME3 is a large sized mastic machine that complements our smaller 60-gallon ME1 and the 250-gallon ME2. With a 350-gallon capacity, the ME3 can be filled and maneuvered quickly which is beneficial for quick turn projects.
This machine is a perfect fit for medium size or larger entities who need an affordable mid-sized mastic solution.The hydraulically driven Complete-Sweep™ agitator keeps the mastic churning top to bottom and front to back to fully suspend the aggregate and ensure even aggregate concentration from start to finish.
Heavy duty agitator motor turns over even semi-melted material to speed up the heating process provided by the 340,000 BTU diesel burner.
